Meet Shannon
I became a CPA because I lost a bet with my dad - seriously!
He taught me about money since I was a kid, and I learned about business by managing a McDonald's by age 16. I learned these concepts when I was young and teach them so that you can understand them too.
I worked in Big 4 and corporate finance departments for 15 years, serving Fortune 50 bottom lines, so I decided to take what I learned and use it to serve the backbone of our economy - small businesses!
My goal is to translate what your numbers are trying to tell you and bust the myth that all accountants are boring and lack personality.

Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager
Marie makes sure clients are always out of trouble and have peace of mind by managing all of the necessary filings and reviewing financials so we can make confident decisions. She has 13 years of experience and a masters degree in accounting.
Samanta
Accounting Specialist
Samanta brings over 13 years of accounting experience to clients as an expert bookkeeper. She keeps clients’ books updated weekly so we always have access to current and complete data.
Madan
Accounting Analyst
Madan helps to make sure data is accurate and complete, performing detailed reconciliations, tax return prep and research to support the team.
Courtney
Director of Operations
Courtney keeps our business running like a machine, infusing kaizen, process improvement, and technology into creating a better customer and employee experience.
Mariah
Executive Assistant
Mariah keeps Shannon’s schedule and priorities aligned to high-impact activities and client results. She assists with event planning, project management and SOP documentation.

We donate a portion of CFO client fees every single month to this organization and we volunteer regularly.
Junior Achievement provides financial and business education programs to students from elementary through high school, using practical examples and real life scenarios.

We are honored to sponsor Girls Positivity Club, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young girls by providing the tools they need to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and find a supportive community.
Through our sponsorship of one girl per client, girls will have access to an 8-week program where they’ll participate in hands-on activities designed to boost self-esteem, teach problem-solving, and encourage teamwork.
Each girl will benefit from mentorship and guidance, helping her gain the confidence to express herself, take on new challenges, and lead by example in her school and community. By sponsoring these programs, we are directly investing in the future leaders of tomorrow—helping young girls believe in their potential, build resilience, and embrace their role as positive changemakers.
