Are you a color-coded trapper-keeper type of person?
Do you think project planning and problem solving are fun?
Are you a details-focused go-getter who wants to see their work make a bigger impact than just booking dinner reservations and meetings?
If so, we would love to learn more about your career goals and see if our new position is a fit! We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Keep What You Earn Co. We are a boutique fractional CFO practice with a growing digital brand. Founder and President, Shannon Weinstein, is looking for executive level support as the business grows and expands. This role will report directly to her, with a high degree of interaction with our Director of Operations and other team members as needed.
This role is perfect for someone who has served executives in the past, but wants the flexibility of remote work and fluid work hours so they do not need to choose between a fulfilling career and the moments that matter at home. We operate 100% remotely and believe in the quality and value of work output not the time spent on input. We request all applicants for this role be located within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain USA time zones year-round. A reliable internet connection is a requirement for the role.
The duties and responsibilities of this role can fill anywhere from 10-15 hours per week to 25-30 hours per week. We are flexible to accommodate the level of part-time or full-time dedication a strong candidate could offer. This may be the perfect part-time transition out of a current work environment with the potential to expand.
We offer 401(K) benefits to all employees, as well as an optional health insurance reimbursement program. We also provide charitable matching and a budget for personal development and education for all employees. This role is also given a budget within the company to send employee and client recognition, including "just because" gifting. A company laptop will be provided.
A ideal candidate is a protector of their exec's time and a "get s**t done" type of person. We believe that when executive time can be reserved for the highest impact activities, the company and team moves forward faster. We strive to provide all the tools for success, but also expect team members to proactively communicate if information is incomplete and present possible solutions and specific calls to action in order to move the needle quickly and be equipped to deliver. We love to use the Enneagram to understand our team and clients and believe an Enneagram 1 or 3 would thrive in this role.
